Founded in 2024 by forward-thinking fintech leaders, EFA is a collaborative hub where startups, entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers come together to shape the future of finance. As a non-profit, our mission is to harness the power of fintech to improve lives and accelerate economic progress.

Clifford Reginald Nau
Clifford is the Co-Founder of Kura. Over the past 12 years, he has advised public institutions, international organizations, and business associations on fintech, innovation, and entrepreneurship in Haiti, and played a key role in launching the first full-featured tech incubator in the Caribbean.

Samantha Sosa
Samantha, a graduate of the universities of Lille and Côte d’Azur, blends law, business, and tech to fuel FinTech innovation. With global experience from Digicel to Société Générale and leadership at Sofitec, she empowers businesses to master regulation, harness data, and build a more inclusive digital economy.

Jean-Pierre Vertil
Jean-Pierre is the co-founder of Gaya, building AI-powered automations for the insurance industry. He earned his MBA from Stanford Business School and holds a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. He's built and scaled technical products in Haiti and abroad.
